...That's not bitter? I've seen comments like that often.

Not wanting him back for purely football reasons is a different story, you seem kinda bitter with the whole "failure, bench warmer" comments, but you can kinda back it up since you just say you'd rather Griffiths.

Most people that don't want him back are clearly just raging because he left us... and obviously nobody is allowed to do that!

 

Aint going to happen...he wont risk them england caps.

 

unsure about this but does anybody think we could afford the fee and what would it be and would he improve us and would he be the same player I was a big hooper fan like many but didn't like the way he left and it was the worst kept secret in football he was leaving a loan deal would give us a chance but is he a ronny type of player I don't think so

 

I'd rather have the thumb, not a Norwich reject bench warmer.. and also * him.

 

He's a good role model for the children

 

I'd rather Hooper with Griffiths coming off the bench.

Remember Hooper? Scored like 80 goals for us in 3 seasons? Important goals? But * him eh...

 

Clueless, bitter * out in force.

 

It's no bitterness, he was great for us when he wanted to be and for I am truly greatful to him. But old players coming back never works, at any club, I can't think of any good examples of the top of my head anyway.
We have Shifty and Thumb who are both good at different things and improving all the time and hopefully we're working on bringing a new striker in before Sept. 1st. Let's be happy and hopeful about what we've got rather than pining over someone who more than likely won't be coming back.

 

I remember him not giving a * his last season with us. Couldn't get away quick enough.

Why wpuld anyone be bitter about Hooper? Seriously question? He's done nothing but good for the club, and was great way the fans.

So if people don't want him back it'll be because of football reasons. Either because his heart wouldn't be in it playing in the SPL because he was so choking to get out it in the first place or he's no good better than what we got.

No one is bitter about him but do a want him back? Nah * him!

 

Did you have a good chat with him about it aye?

If he doesn't give a * and scores 31 goals again then frankly I don't give a * either.

True mate mind some of his performances in his last 5-6 months with us. Really poor. He didn't give * about the fans then his attitude on the field stank.
