    It can be difficult to ascertain the credence of transfers via the media.

    Many transfers are completed without concrete evidence making its way into the media. Indeed it's normally teams who will throw a wee bone to the journalists, more often than not specific individuals, in regards to deals.

    It can also work he other way with agents drumming up interest by linking them to certain clubs. Teams may enquire about a players availability, whether or not its with serious intentions. Agents can then drop information to create some interest in order to get the best deal for the client.

    The latter has me wondering about our interest in Vossen, I tend to think it's more agent orientated than anything from our side.

    The recent Boyata deal was virtually concluded(aside from medical) before the end of the season. Should there still be any doubters over whether he was 1st choice or not. Boyata was in negotiations,which included meeting with Ronny and John Collins in Manchester, before we lifted the league title.

    The media carried various stories of "Celtic's interest" and "closing in on a deal" after Ronny publicly fed them with the information.

    6 million are they mad, he was a flop since he left Celtic, and Norwich are looking for that money for him theres not a chance in * a club will pay out that money again for Hooper.

    If he is getting loaned there, then why the * are we not putting a bid in?
    Surely they won't be asking for much, least get that far and talk to hooper about a contract.
