    I was just about to post that he must be contender for player of the year.Has a goalie ever won it i wonder.If he keeps up these performances until the end of the season then it should be between him and big Vic.

    Dunno if a keeper has won it, but the Holy Goalie got nominated for the PPOTY in 07, was in the top 5 keepers in the FifPro World XI shortlist and got at least one POTM award, which I'm assuming are very rare for keepers also :50:

    I heard that if this were to happen, then Forster and Wanyama have offered to have a charity boxing match - with the winner taking the spoils.

    A spokesperson for Fraz v Waz said "It will most definitely need a strong referee to contain these two goliaths........"

    I honestly dont see why he couldnt. 2 MotM games against Barca, Euro Teams of the Week.

    If he keeps it up he will certainly be in with a mention.
