Brilliant....absolutely * brilliant. Sell our keeper and replace him with a free who hasn't played in 2 years.

It's a good deal for the club if they invest the money. what difference does it make how much a player sells for if the money is not reinvested properly anyway.

I have to say was a great shot stopper , but frankly thats about it.tbh i could never understand why fraser couldn't kick the ball out, either from hands or on the floor.

if the reports of 10 mill are correct, then quite honestly im over the moon with the deal. by all accounts Craig Gordon is back to the sharpness he had 3 years ago, and he has a good understanding of organizing a defence.

good luck to the big guy hope he dose well at SouthHampton.:shamrock:

tell me if im wrong here, our no 1 goalkeeper is being sold before the biggest games of the season, and people are saying its a good deal, the same people who are moaning that the board are penny pinching, if people think this is a good deal then fair enough, but they cant complain about the board having a lack of ambition if there happy to sell our goalkeeper. and then complain when another deal doesnt suit them

If Craig Gordon really is fit again, we already have one.

If we sell him right now it's a massive gamble.

Mate, I know it's not the ideal time to sell your number one goalkeeper, but if even half of this is reinvested before the qualifier it could save our season. I realise with PL that it's a big 'If'...

Craig Gordon was always Forster's replacement. I reckon he'll do it and step up to the plate.

£10m for Forster really is the price we all wanted for him. Good business, if, and only if we spend some actual money now on quality.

I want most of it reinvested before the Maribor game. Surely the Legia shambles has taught them a lesson.

We've been given a second chance that we don't deserve. If they waste it I'll be furious.
