Surprised Hart's being dropped at all, not like Uncle Woy to change things up in meaningless games. Ridiculous if Foster's getting a shout ahead of Fraser, he's already had his big international chance and shown nothing. Fraser's turned in consistently brilliant Champions League performances and has barely even had a shout in friendlies.

 

England in various different ways are trying their hardest to ruin this World Cup for me. Put it this way if Foster was Scottish he would be 3rd choice behind McGregor and Marshall but if Fraser was Scottish he would be no1. Am I wrong?

 

Terrible that Ben Foster is getting the nod ahead of Fraser. But at least I can watch Costa Rica rip England apart without feeling bad about Big Fras conceding.

 

Not surprised Fraser isn't starting. It's so short sighted to start Ben Foster though it's * unreal.

 

Ben Foster is the biggest flapper around at corners and crosses. Scandalous he's a professional never mind at the WC.

I've watched all Englands GKing videos and Fraser Forster has looked far more impressive. It's simply because Forster plays in Scotland and also Foster is his buddy from West Brom.

 

Nah not really, was just trying to get you going :icon_mrgreen:. Think big Fraser is miles ahead, its prob because Roy thinks he owes Foster it after talking him out of international retirement. England are pure * and Fraser not been involved will probably do his reputation more good than harm when this tournament is over.

 

Yeah but it could also have the opposite effect on Forster and he may want to leave even more and prove himself in England as we all know they laugh at the Scottish league and don't take it seriously. He may want to go there and realistically challenge for that no.1 spot and at least no.2 which I think he's capable of. In fact I personally think he's better than both Hart and Ben Foster. Hopefully though if he is going to leave it's after all the qualifiers but of course I hope he stays but I think the only way that will happen is if he signs a new contract which I don't hold out much hope of happening.

True but I think his intentions are to leave regardless of getting a game at the WC or not. Celtic have been good for his international career as we've given him the European stage to perform on which has opened the door for him to get into their WC squad. Unfortunately I think he's destined to leave, the negative could be that we might have got another £1/2 million added to his value if he had played.
