The thing is if Forster carries on impressing and Newcastle want him for their No.1,whats to stop Forster wanting to play for his boyhood team.

John Ruddy :50:, Holt's their Striker

we had our chance with Ruddy, took Forster instead.....looking at it now, Ruddy woulda been a good buy, but Forster has been excellent, fantastic today :50:

Tim Krul is doing great in EPL, probably best keeper down there atm, no way is Forster knocking him out the Newcastle team. We have a deal to buy him, it's all up to Fraser whether he wants Champo League footy up here or sit on the bench for the Geordies.

If he signs on full time then ive no doubt Celtic will become his boyhood favourites :50:
Celtic has that effect on people once they are here for a good period of time, get this bhoy on a long contract.

Excellent record in any league. Especially considering some of the conditions we are forced to play in, with the pitches often being bobbly and the gale force winds that we witnessed today.

Great performance from the big man. Deserved MOTM instead of Forrest.

    I'm not picky.
This won't happen because it's in the contract that if Celtic want him they have the option to buy him at the end of the loan agreement for £2.5m. It's been agreed so if we put that offer into effect then Newcastle can't suddenly say "you're not having him and if you DO want him you'll need to stump up more cash for him".

IF he did go back to Newcastle he'd just be warming the bench again where with us he'd be getting regular football.

We've finally found our McGregor. Infact, I think he's becoming better than McGregor. I was totally anti Fraser after last season and the begining of this one, but I never have a problem admitting I was wrong, and in this instance, I was wrong.

Saved us again today, without him we'd probably still be trailing Rangers.

No but Newcastle could call the big man up and tell him that he is in their plans and convince him not to sign a deal with us.

Newcastle have to accept, Forster on the other hand doesn't.

A couple of good saves and fantastic handling throughout, he's done more than enough to earn a permanent stay.
