He's been solid and has actually been becoming more commanding over the past month. For his age he's a very good keeper and I'm fine with him till the end of the season.

Poor guy's been taking pelters, all he did was state an opinion.

Personally I think Forster is very promising, especially for such a young keeper. I would like to see us sign him permanently, but the way we're playing right now he has * all to do. We won't really know how good he is till we are in European competition, and by then we'll likely have to have made our decision.

Forster has been one of Lennon's best signings for me. I won't forget that Hamilton game before Brown came back where we could have been 4 down in the first half if it were not for the GK.

True. I'm not giving him stick, he obviously is entitled to his opinion. But the only back up he has had is someone saying that they don't know what it is there just isn't something right about Forster. Strange time to bring it up too. Maybe after the kick out that led to the Rangers goal but why now? I mean come on. 99% of people have the same opinion on the guy. Great young keeper, with excellent potential. Sure kicking is not the best but he probably wouldn't be here if it was he'd be sitting on the bench at one of the top four.

i think he's got good potential but nowhere need the finished article. he's poor at coming out to clear the ball, i.e. he never seems to be able to decide when to come out for balls that get played inbetween him and the defenders.

he's a good shot stopper tho and he's a massive presence in the box. i think if we could him for a couple of million then, with the right training, he'd turn into a good solid keeper for years to come

A think that you should go to specsavers mate because you must be watching a different game from the rest of us:50:

He has been steady as * and has pulled off some stunning saves, yet there,s people still not happy like your self saying he,s the weak link??? Get a grip!!!

Lennon should pull out all the stops to get him permanent coz am more that confident with the big man between the sticks.

I dont necessarily agree that he's completely rubbish. He is a decent keeper and certainly better than what we have here. However he is certainly not good enough for the long term. He was always going to be the short term option and I am sure Lenny is looking to bring in a new keeper in the summer.

He's been just what we need IMO. We are not in Europe so for the most part we don't need the best keeper in the world. All he has to do is make the few stops that come his way - which he has. We will need a new keeper for Europe next year after FF helps us win our title back. Something he is well placed to do right now.

Whit a lot of * :38:.......in fact I think it's an odd complaint/thread to post when the team are flying. We don't need any negativity flying about especially from our own supporters,Forster is doing just fine in my opinion as are the rest of the Bhoys.
    Long may it continue.

ive been thinking about it,and imo i feel that he isnt commanding enough,he seem a bit slow(dont know if thats just due to the size of him though)his kicking is poor and he isnt agile enough a bit like a big lump of wood. Its just my opinion.a decent enough stop gap fix but i would rather we had a better no.1 nxt season

this is an absolute joke of a thread i think your letting the fact that hes not nufc first choice you think hes a poor keeper, hes been good for us solid with his crosses and made a few good saves at 1-0 tonight :38:
