2.5 million apparantly offered? Not a chance. I don't think we should be bringing in basically a whole new team right now. We've brought in enough (barring a GK & goalscorer)., Think Fortune still has a place and a point to prove.

think fortune has been playing fairly well out on the right and maybe that's his best position

Certainly would like to see him play a few more games on the right.

He proved last season he is not a clinical finisher, perhaps he will be more effective as a creator while chipping in with the odd goal.

Yes typical derogatory bid from England to buy from Scotland.

If West Brom liked him when he played in the EPL last time they should at the very least put in a respectable offer circa £4-5m.

If we have a replacement lined up, would be happy to deal at that price. Otherwise keen to give Fortune more time to develop playing on the right.

last night he did ok first half second half barely moved his anticipation is shocking and for people to say he is a good option on right and have slagged mcgeady's a joke. Fortunes use of ball last night was terrible.

I think if £2.5 million is being offered we should accept! i dont rate him, he is a poor striker who has been shifted to the right because he cant score, some people say hes pacey, i have seen no evidence of this.

That's what he was always going to be, work hard for the team and contribute good build up play, nabbing a few goals here and there, because that's the kind of player he is.

Some of our fans just assumed he should be bagging 20-30 a season because of his over-inflated pricetag from england (not his fault).

He's just not a six yard box predator.

In the same boat as Sammy really, as soon as the word striker is mentioned some of us think they should be on the goal line poaching, without actually looking at their style of play and seeing what else they contribute to the team.

He's a useful player when in the mood. I'd hang onto him for now.

Without some big money offered, I wouldn't let him go. Since his full conversion to right wing, he's been a real pestulence for defenses.

I would not sell. Big, strong player, very good in his new position, set up two goals today. He may not be a goalscoring forward, but he is incredibly useful paired alongside anybody almost and I'm sure he'd work well with Hooper, if he proves to be the goalscorer we need.

I'm also certain that Fortune will get his share of goals, he has a cannon of a right foot.
We scored two of which he was the direct provider for two, a pretty good contribution in my book, even without having to score himself.

Fortune was very good today again on the right wing. He is not a conventional out and out striker as we know. Was very unselfish in laying on two of those goals today, and we may well be witnessing his rebirth as a conventional right winger.

i like fortune tbh we need a strong presence upfront to stifle defenders, plus hes played well lately on the wing
