I was pleases to see that as he is our player, not just on loan. I always like to see him start, rather than come on as an impact player. I prefer Sammy as an impact sub. I never quite knew why until earlier today when Alex Mcleish was giving an interview on Sky sports news about Phillips being an impact sub when defences are tired. I rekon Fortune does a better job at tiring defences, then we can stick a poacher on in the last 20mins to grab a winner

Don't forget that Mowbray also payed 3.8 mill for him, it wouldnt look to good if he started playing his cheaply signed striker (Razza) in front of Fortune. Personally, I think with are sudden overflow of strikers we need to switch to a 4-3-3, and let McGeady fight for playing time with the strikers.

Fortune doesn't score many goals. Rasmussen does. I know who we need more.

I think it's going to be:

McGeady & Kamara on the wings.

Keane and Fortune, with Fortune being replaced with Rasmussen if badly needing a goal.

    This is not Rocket science.

He who is on form and scores should play, i.e. Rassmusen....forget about tactics for now (Mowbray has).

Rass starts I say.....we need goals.

This idea of bringing on a player (Rasmussen for example) if we badly need a goal, is ridiculous.

We should put out the players most likely to score right from the start, not, to quote somebody, "in the last 20 mins".

Football's not quite that simple, & I don't want Celtic chasing the game all the time.

It would be great to start winning games comfortably, putting a bit of pressure on Rangers.

we all know that if we need a goal in the second half it will be,
    McGeady Fortune Samaras/ Kamara
    Keane Rasmussen

You know how he likes the old 3-2-5 formation.

Got to stick with fortune cos he will be our main striker once all the loanees leave and I can't see signing anyone that would make him 3rd choice next season just play him and rass upfront with keane in behind so they can build up a good understanding so we hit the ground running next season cos the first Huns game will be at home and we know the spl. Always put that fixture early to give the Huns a better chance. I mean if first old firm game is at Celtic park it always seems to be end of august(still gelling) but when it's at ibrox it seems to late sept or oct(Huns in there stride)

kamara must be a cert to start on wed imo !!he was streets ahead of anybody else on sunday , everytime he got the ball he looked dangerous with his pace and clever runs !! realise it was only dunfy but this guy is a top talent with a bit to prove after fulham and along with keano he might just save our season !!

Fortune offers a lot of variety to our play to be fair. He's fast, strong and he drags defences. Although his scoring record isn't that good, he puts a fair shift in for 90mins!

Why would we weaking are defence even more by adding an extra stricker no need for 3. by have 3 in midfield would just weaken us even more and we dont need that wer weak enough at the back..

doesn't surprise me that he has fortune as his number one. I tend to agree keane is a great player but dont think he will stay after his loan deal (but heres hoping),Ras offers goals but if the goals dry up (hope not) he does not offer alot . Fortune has the abit of everything can hold it up,scores some goals, good in the air and has good movement.I feel the long term partnership will be Fortune and Ras, with i feel will be a very good partnership, but in the mean time it will be Keane and Fortune.

Kinda shows how poor we are up front if Fortune is our number 1 striker .

i think the front 2 needs to be keane and rasmussen i think the 2 of them would play well
