It's going to be quite a while till our next game, think its next week against Hearts, so I have started reading some football autobiographies just now.
At the moment I am reading Craig Brown's autobiography, and it is turning out very interesting from a lot of points.I didn't know he almost signed for Celtic, was the first Scotland manager to take Scotland to the European Championships and the World Cup in succession, and also about the tribalism issues that arose for him when his brother Jock Brown took that
top job at Parkhead.
Anybody else read or are reading any football autobiographies ?

I've read about 30 at last count, Brown's included.
His is actually a really good read surprisingly. Keane, Merson and Adams are 3 of the others I'd recommend outwith Celtic (apart from Keane's short stint obviously). -
What about Andy Gorams ?
-
Di Canio's was a good read.

Brian Cloughs was the best I ever read, what a massive personality he was, Brilliant.
Maradonna's was another great read, Jinky's fire in my boots:50: -
Neil lennons and paul mcgraths are my favourite.
A bit OT but even though hes the scum of the earth i would recommend Johnny Adairs autobiography its very good. -
Read the maradonna one and roy keane too. Also Bobby Lennox was a good read. Would recommend a book called FOUL, its about corruption at FIFA was written after the world cup in 1998.

Roy Keane's and Gordon Strachan are both good reads.
Out of interest, what past Celtic players have good autobiographies? I'm looking for something to read and wouldn't mind one of those. -
Alex Fergusons book is a tremendous read.......I thoroughly enjoyed it and recommend it. To be honest I never had much time for the man before I read it. But once i read it I could see where he was coming from and have a lot of admiration for the guy.

I've read Steven Gerrard's, which was ace by the way. :50: And Frank Lampard's was a good read too. I've got a couple of others but never got round to reading them..

Have most Celtic players, Lubo's was surprisingly good and speaks with such passion about us and football, have to love the guy :icon_mrgreen:
From a fan's perspective if anyone is interested I'd recommend Adrian Chiles' "We Don't Know What We're Doing" about a year following WBA. Good read. -

Anyone know if Henrik has an autobiography out

I really like Roy Keane's and actually thought he had the right tools to be a world class manager. It's a good read anyway.
