    I'm not picky.
    This is a place in Louisianna that does it and it's authentic Scottish foods. They make it themselves but I've just seen that they use USDA beef sirloin for it and from what I can see now is that it's not the actual authentic Scottish ingredients like the sheeps heart, liver and lungs. It's only the beef and liver that is in it (along with the spices etc).

    So you can get it in the US but it's slightly different to the original Scottish version.

    Sushi is not raw fish.

    It refers to any dish made with sumeshi (sweet, vinegered, rice) and can contain any type of topping or content, thought raw fish is quite popular. Raw tuna in sushi is fantastic.

    For my part, I won't eat cauliflower cheese. Or cauliflower anything for that matter.
