No you definitely need to train him up. He's got a lot of potential but needs a lot of games to realise it fully.

i feeel like a pain asking this but just getting used to the game

 

good find in le tallec mate looks a great player ... need a little advice lads im playing with 1 lone striker i have chevnton and cristaldo with 3 central attacking mids behind him but every time the ball comes to the opponents box my striker is away out the wings its doing my head in iv tried changing advance setting to normal wide play but still same result any ideas??

 

I use a modified version of Sfraser's training. I use his as a base and edit them slightly to suit certain players that I feel need more physical or more mental training.

What role do you give him?

 

lost out on le tallec offered 5.5 mill and got accepted but birmingham matched me so hes off to them dam it

i had him as target man attacking with supply to feet but was no good iv now changed to defensive striker and chevanton seems to be pulling his weight now

 

villa game coming along quite nicely. sitting top of the league by 8 points. in the last 16 of CL, drawn against lyon but i should be able to get past them.

the domestic cups have been a bit of a disaster though. out the league cup to man utd 7-4 agg at semis. and out the fa cup 5th round to liverpool 2-0.

also, ive got ivory coast up to 2nd in the world rankings, behind england.

how did u manage to make james rodriguez a natural in that position cause that aint one of his positions at the start of the game,he isnt even a right sided player aswell,and if u trained him up the furthest i ever got with that was just accomplished in the position never a natural

 

as soon as he arrived, which was at the start of the game, i re-trained him as an ARM and then when i switched to a flat midfield 4 i re-trained him as RM. he has had a lot of game time in that position, almost all of this season and about a third of last season, in RM so i think that has something to do with it.

ive never got past accomplished either but now im trying that with all my other players that arent "natural" in their positions to see if it works.

also, i think the players adaptability might have something to do with it.

 

yeah probs is something to do with adaptability and other attributes,i think i'll start doin that aswell

After promotion with Newcastle a got a mid table finish in ma first season in the EPL then a won it the following season all thanks to this guy
