Put them up for loan and hopefully a good club will offer to take him

Feeder clubs are generally useless when it comes to your better talents, I use feeder clubs for players that will fail unless they get some games or to inflate their price tags and sell

 

Actually I'd love for FM to include a way of comparing a player to when he first arrived at the club.

I signed this RB from Dundee Utd last Jan and his development has been phenomenal!

 

Thats the kind of direction I'm wanting to go with my Betis side. Top, top Spanish youngsters coming through supported by classy South Americans, Portugese, Mexicans etc etc.

The first few seasons are just about getting things set up really. 7th place finish in the league first season, and I'm going strong this year as well (4th in Feb).

The facilities have all been improved, as has the stadium. Squad is getting stronger all the time and in the summer its all about getting the coaches and scouts in. Then la revolution can begin

 

I've been snapping up u21 & u19 national managers as youth coaches to see if they improve my youth intakes, inconclusive so far but they are always touted as my replacements if I'm reportedly to leave!

I just signed Beardsley as a youth coach cos I lost Inaki Bergara to Roma (6* Defending) but now Boro want to rob Mombaerts (French u21 Manager & my youth coach & u19 manager) from me to replace him! *!!

 

I have the same problem. Don't know whether to loan them out or just leave them in my U19s/reserve squad. My U19s/reserves always finish last in their league. Always.

Just don't what to do with them. I play with Motherwell, by the way. If I loan them to First division sides, it would be good for some experience, but I always reject loan offers from 2nd and 3rd division teams because I want my players to develop on higher level. I have two feeder clubs, Queen's Park and Livi. I can only loan my players to Livi and only 4 of them per season due to rule of 4 domestic players on loan allowed.

I'm in second season. I used many of them in my first season, the likes of McHugh, Slane, Wotherspoon etc. in my first team, but only at home against Hamilton, Falkirk and those weaker sides where I have guaranteed win.

So I was thinking of playing them more in my first team next season when they all come back from laon and selling some of my back-up players to make space for them.

 

Depsite selling €43M worth of players this summer (spent €1.7m on 4 reserve players), I've beaten Rangers 2-0 in Ibrox on the 1st day of the new season.

Must sign a few more reserves in certain positions to give better depth though and then the circle is complete

Aye national teams are the place to go for great coaches because they are usually on part-time contracts and don't cost a thing (as oppose to club coaches who you have to actually buy)... I find England/France/Holland tend to have the better ones

 

My hard drive got * (I had the laptop in my bag and it hit the car door) so I had to get a new one, and lost everything on the laptop...including my Sunderland game I will have a private funeral for it tomorow.

I've dropped outside the top 4 with 10 games to go. Not looking good, i'm in the middle of a horrible patch of form.

 

Am looking to make some serious money for Celtic, i was wondering if anyone could give me some players that are available for a decent fee to begin with and grow into world class superstars. I intend to insert minimum fee release clauses and make some cash.
