Go to the start menu one FM is installed - it should be there under sports interactive> Database editor (something like that).

You have to take two teams out before you can put the OF in. Personally I think it's better to start in the Championship.

I'm stuck at work and dying to play the game. Can't wait to get home.

In my game yesterday I noticed they have an interesting way of determining, who gets promoted from Serie B. Top 2 teams are automaticallly promoted, but the third one is only promoted direclty if the difference between the third and fourth is more than 10 points, if not then the teams 3 to 6 play a playoff similar to what's used in England, except I think the final is over two legs.

Its Waaaaayyy to easy with the legends.

man ive * myself up with FM, ive done so many half arsed games that im beginning to get bored with it, i dont want a game thats too hard and i dont want one thats too easy.

any ideas for a team to manage

 

I decided against the legends and started the Scottish and English leagues and started unemployed using the legends database.

Ended up getting the Hartlepool job in CCL1

i'm bored of the legends game already after winning by 4 goals or more in each of the first 4 games inc 6-1 in the of derby.

so its back to redditch i go currently sitting in 4th place in league two only 1 point off the auto promotion

Not played FM09 since i finished testing the last patch for SI. Just waiting on what is happening for FM2010 testing to get back into the game again.

 

Started a game unemployed, going to see where I can go with it, should be good fun.

 

haha co-ownership system in Italy is so beautifully flawed. I signed Coutinho on a free for Salernitana, now before my first season in Serie A, I sold 50% to Catania for 5.25m and then immediately bought it back for less than 1m making a nice profit in the process.

 

has anyone ever played someone just because of their set piece quality?
ive got a * player but his fk's and corners are 16 each which is better by 4 points than anyone else in the division.

Yep, I have Mulgrew at Hibs, not a great player but he's handy at FK although I rather have fletcher taking them as he's just a better player, technically and will be more consistent at FK despite a lower rating

Halfway through my first season in Serie A with Salernitana. Tough sailings so far, barely out of the relegation zone at the moment. Had some good results like a 0-0 at Juve and almost getting the same result at Inter, but also some bad losses. Struggled to score and in fact didn't score a goal in my first 5 games and I think it took me 11 games to win my first game. But I also had a brutal schedule, so hopefully I'll be able to stay up.

Didn't bring too many players in, mostly on free transfers. Did sign Joris Delle for bout 2m, but sold my first keeper from last year to Roma for 3m+.
My biggest signing moneywise was a Romanian regen from Aberdeen, signed for about 7m, he's my top scorer atm. I've had tons of injury problems, at times struggled to put together a full squad, cause of injuries, but that is improving now as well.

Good thing is that I'm making a profit week in, week out. Got offered the Palermo job, but refused.
