Milevsky has some poor hidden stats, one of which is consistency

Fecking motherwell already have 5 1st team ppl injured and now skippy and
my regen are injured 19 mins into game :/

 

It says Milevsky has 11 consistancy which is just average.
I really want Obinna to play up next to him ( incredibly fast and strong) but I think I only managed to buy him last time cause he was transfer listed at Inter.

 

My assistant has 17 in tactical knowledge. JPA 16/16 and motivating has slipped to 14. I do listen to alot of what he says to me and adjust during matches to his advice if I'm not totally sure.

I do keep changing my assistant if I can find a better one that my current but to maintain squad harmony, I let contracts expire rather than mutual terminations

 

I have been but when I searched for a coach with say 18 for attack coaching, and I entered it into the formula, he was only about a 4 star attack coach. So what other factors are vital ?

 

Given the new guidelines, I start my search with the Discipline, Motivating and Determination. All coach will need these to be decent to have 5-7 star rating then i'll introduce filters on the type of coach I want. more often than not, there isnt a better coach than what I have. Blooding young coaches is what I'm at now because I can have 26 so I can take risks

Ps. Forgot to mention, i'm in November and I get a message saying that the board can now increase my transfer budget by 13 million, I was surprised. Does this usually happen on the 9.3 patch with Celtic ?

 

hmm, I have a pretty good Assistant, along with a few good coaches

His DDM stats are very poor in my game and he prefers a coaching role. I tend not to give a coach the assistant's job. Dunno what the actual difference is but I assume there is a negetive affect giving a coach the assistants job

 

I've got Hans Backe as my assistant.

 

Hans Backe is decent, just dont ask him to motivate players in team talks though!

My assman at the moment is Mark Bowen but I'll change him next season if I can find someone that is clearly better

Well, is his motivating 6 like it is in my game?

His DDM stats should be high if you want him to be doing team talks

 

His motivating is 15 in mine, not great but...

 

Exactly why I want rid of him.... Need to keep him till 2012 though :/
