He's from FM08, so his personality only goes as detailed as "fairly ambitious."

Good player though, eh? Since I got him as a 16 year old he counts as Home Grown by the club, which is useful for the CL quota.

 

He's incredible Biffy. He's got everything.

The star ratings of player change with the stature of your club, mick but he looks good. Personality has a huge bearing on whether a players hits his PA Cap or not. e.g. Robinho never hits his cap because of a lack of professionalism and temperament appartently

Biffo, he certainly very good. I'd definately customise his training schedule and focus on the weak spots. Obviously his physcial stats are nearly maxed out so I'd focus set pieces, tactics, attacking

 

Cheers, I'm not too confident on the training aspect of things, for about 2 years now he's been focusing on Strength and Aerobic training, so I should switch to the more technical aspects now?

 

just checked that Lorenzo chap out, not that good on my game....long shots only 11 and passing 12, strange how everybody varies as much...but suppose its better that way.

 

i'm going to make him my captial next year says he is a complete role model for younger players and his influence is 16 and can only get better

 

best potential in my very young squad with some great players in there :O also Model professional :icon_mrgreen:

Aye, he's physical stats are maxed definately then and your wasting potential ability

There is only one way of getting confident with training, trial and error also

is a good guide.

Most players are given variable PA caps at the start of the game e.g. -10 = a random cap between 180 - 200, -9 = a random cap between 160 - 180 etc

On my last game of the season at home to the huns, got to win to win the league, i'm 3 points ahead and their goal difference is 14 better off than mine.

 

So you don't have to win mate, you can draw?
