Mine was Blondie too, which was easy as My old man thought so too! What a woman. Still like the Blondie stuff. Even at 40 odd with spare tyre the lot, amazing stage presence. What a woman.

Nirvana, from time to time I still listen to them. Kurt Cobain is a legend.

Eurythmics have made quite a few good records. The 'Sweet Dreams' album is superb.

    Here Comes the Rain Again

Love You Like a Ball and Chain

You have Placed a Chill in My Heart

    It's Alright Baby's Coming Back

    All great tracks.

Funny, but even when liking the same group tastes can be so different.

Those last three are the ones I detest the most, along with Talking to an Angel. Great group though.

I also hate 'Talking with an Angel'.

The Revenge album is dire for me too.

    She's a fair chanter.

This is how it feels to be Celtic
This is gonna sound like the history of my life in music, but here goes.
First bands I was really into was Slade, T.Rex and the Sweet. Started to dig Elton John at the same time and still do.
Then came the breath of fresh air the music scene needed after all that disco *, The * Pistols. From there I got into The Clash, Sham 69 and my all time favourite band, New Model Army.
Happy Mondays and Joy Division were next and then Aztec Camera and U2.
The 90s also saw me liking The Shamen, The ORB & Stereo MCs.
I started listening to Floyd then mostly due to my mate giving me a copy of the live album Delicate Sound of Thunder.
Now I like Queens of the Stoneage and Kaiser Chiefs.
What a musical life I have had eh? :icon_mrgreen:

First band I can remember liking is Oasis because I used to listen to my big brother's cd's when he was away out.
I used to listen to Stereophonics, Prodigy, Fat Boy Slim, Green Day, Radiohead and Nirvana when I was younger through my big brother and sister.
And I still like them all.
I'm just not as keen on Oasis and Stereophonics now.
