Absolutely. You can marvel at the spectacle of it all while still being bored witless at some points when the plot didn't seem to move at all.

We should commision Peter Jackson to do a Spoof movie about the Huns, similar to his classics ''Bad Taste'' and ''Brain Damage''. He has working experience with Orcs, it would be a straight to DVD B movie classic. :56:

Me too. I was dragged to see the 3rd one, was that the last one they made, i have no idea but apart from some of the battle scenes i was bored out my nut. Not my kind of film, fair play to those who like it just not for me.

I have never seen titanic and don't intend too. heard pretty much the whole film from people talking about it, sounds pish

I love the Coen Brothers, but this film bored me senseless. It has their quirkiness all through it, but the plot is terrible.

Some fantasy films are the greatest ever.

As said before, whether you like them or not, LOTR and the original Star Wars films are excellent.

Of course, Twilight and that sort of stuff is pish.

You mean De Niro, Taxi Driver? Best film ever made.

Or do you mean the film about that French guy driving around in a Taxi in Marseille?

I rate hugo, raging bull and maybe the king of comedy higher than taxi driver. If anyone hasnt seen hugo, watch it.
