Watched it last night , thought it was amazing , just slightly better than the 1st due to the cast , only gripe was the glasses Donnie Yen had in it he reminded me of Lesley Chow out of the Hangover lol

School of Rock - 10/10. Class film, Jack Black at his best

Harry Potter and the Philosophers Stone - 10/10. Magical, excellent.

Have seen both multiple times and really enjoyed watching them again

Across the Spiderverse is genius. Didn’t think it was possible to live up to the hype after the first, but it does.

The animation is the best I’ve ever seen. *, they’re the best superhero movies I’ve seen.

I can't comment about the animation, but storywise and characters totally agree. These Spiderverse movies are so much better than anoything that the MCU has conjured up and done so much better. It all starts with the writing and this is once again a case in point. Oh, and Spider-Miles, Spider-Gwen, Spiderpunk et al, so, so much better than any of the Tom Holland's Peter Parker trilogy.

I agree about Across the Spiderverse, however it’s easier to do what they are doing with animation.

Bit late now but next time you sit down with them stick on the first Harry Potter film mate (the Philosophers Stone)

Watched all 8 of them with my girlfriend over the past week. Class stuff but the first will always be my favourite.

Watched * or High Water yesterday for the first time, thought it was excellent. I'd seen wee clips of it here and there but never got round to it. Definitely recommended.

If you liked HoHW (which everyone should as it's great), next thing to check out is Wind River, by the same writer & director. Highly recommend as well.

Check out leave no trace with Ben Foster. Him and Thomasin McKenzie are unreal

Good for what it was. Explosions and shooting and fighting and that, decent wee escape for a couple of hours.

Extraction 1 was better but this was still a fun shooting killing ride!
