[Cross Platform] FIFA 17

I suppose that's the joy of it, they need to change things in game and that makes the penalties very hard but can also be very accurate. Probably get used to them quickly.

 

Played it a lot today and I'm enjoying it tbh sadly the demo is always better then the actual game and the patches ruin it by Christmas time

 

Hopefully they don't * it up.

But I will say this year is the first year I have played the demo and been really excited about the new game. It actually looks and feels like they've made a new game, hopefully the menus etc all get a revamp though.

I just find it annoying with the sensitivity of the controller. One minute your putting it in the top corner and half a second later your skying it. Like the different positions you can make for yourself but would prefer the old penalty set-up to shoot. At least then you can still decide where you want to shoot without completely * it :icon_mrgreen:.

 

I demo aint bad, a lot better than the PES 17 demo but I'm still not particularly impressed by the graphics.

 

I just try to hit it low and down the middle. Freekicks are * solid as well.

 

Free kicks seem better, but Cowdenbeath are still going to string 30 passes together and rattle one in the top corner from 20 yards out. Defending is abysmal again by the looks of it.

 

No played fifa in about 5 year, wouldn't mind a bash of this new game engine though. Think I'll wait till its out though and "buy the wain it" :smiley-laughing002:

 

The more I play this the more annoying it gets, they haven't sorted the AI out and still huge momentum swings in the game and the AI go from Professional to Legendary.

 

Played the demo and didn't think much of it to be honest, I don't think Frostbite is making much of a difference, I just thought it's same old FIFA when I played it. However it usually takes a few attempts at these sorts of games before you see the benefits of a better engine, like PES with the Fox engine and Madden and NHL with the Ignite engine.

 

Is the Premier League still licensed and just no in the demo? would be * going back to the usual scoreboard

 

Played one game of the demo and actually liked it, played the journey thing too which seems like a load of cringey * tbh.

Will definitely be getting Fifa this year anyway.

 

They done an update for the demo, didn't notice any difference though.
