    I hate how you can play really well then suddenly a downward spiral begins.
    Was jumping between division 1 and 2 for weeks but now i'm struggling to even get out of div 4. Doing my head in. Usually end up losing or drawing with a 90 minute goal.

    I think it's when you are on-form, your idea and play are all running through your head with most of them coming off but when you are off form it is because all of your ideas are gone and are forced to keep possession and try to find an opening.
