    Good result...

Mark Brown will have silenced a few critics.

Van Bronkhurst's challenge on Brown was a shocker.

    Celts fans were magic.

Samaras did well, as did JVOH & Aiden.

    Brown better 2nd half.

Overal the perfomance wasnt brilliant, but good result away from home against a decent team who were asleep at the back for the 1st half.

Only a frienfdly though - not much to read into

As I said in TicTalk chat, the fact we won a couple of games away is hopefully a good sign for our CL campaign this season. :50:

The "tackle" on Scott Brown by Van Bronkhurst was a disgrace.

could have been a career finisher.

Should have been a straight red card, even in a friendly.

    Watched highlights this morning
Aiden McGeady was good once again showing lots of quality on a grand stage
Good first half from what I seen, nice to see Celtic firing in early for a change not giving them time to settle.
Looked like an awful defensive display in the second half all over the place at times and was saved by Mark Brown on a number of occasions...Altho i think it shows he doesnt command the defence the way Boruc does as they were all over the place.
Jans Finishing was very pleasing and Samaras' goal showed the Sammy we seen in Heerenveen.
I think the injury to McManus shows that we have no strength in depth and Tamas or any other defender is needed...

More Pleasing than Spurs game tho

We also learned we are getting rid of our best defender in Balde, never lost a header when he came on :50: the rest of the defence was shakey in 2nd half apart from that it was good

DobbinS are you on glue or what? I'm just watching the game again and Gary Caldwell was a * rock. Didnt lose a header tackled hard. Looks like we've sorted out defending corners too. Baldes more often than not a bomb scare when he comes on.
