Come on man, lighten up a tiny bit. You're in beautiful part of the world.

You sound like a hun with a comment like that about Celtic, its only a meaningless friendly match dressed up as a tournament. You sound like huns that dont have a clue about football and you think that the rest of us have to read your absolute tripe.

As for the rest of anti-Strachan/want the team to fail so you can moan or say I told you so brigade, you all go quiet and offline when Celtic win but you come out with the knives and daggers when we loose. Frankly, the rest of the forum has had enough of your * and so has the staff.

Some of you are armchair managers that dont have a clue about the football in the real world, you think you can buy players at the click of a button like in football manager.

I'm going to start trimming the herd when I see competely hun comments about Celtic as DobbinS has made.

Yes mate it does get you annoyed at times but at the end of the day it is only a pre season game. Also the gap financially between Spurs and ourselves is huge and we simply can't compete.

What happend to the everybody is entitled to their own opinion or is everybody only allowed to agree with everything we do ? and we dont think we can buy players at the click of a button but a lot of you think we are talking about buying Kaka and Ronaldo and the likes, we aint talking them but for some reason everybody thinks that. All we want is some quality to help our team in Europe and we may even need it in the Spl

We won't need it in the SPL. I assure you.

Everyone is entitled to their opinion but some just like to berate Celtic all the time and display ignorance to what actually happens in the real world. They will be trimmed because on TC we actually discuss in the real world. You want Celtic to loose 6-0, not anyone else. Go to another forum if you want to act the hun.

I know alot of people on here that I dont agree with on alot of stuff including Strachan's management but their opinion is based on reality and can be accepted, yours cannot.

Every year I think folk will remember how badly we did the previous pre-season and how it had no real bearing on our season and every year I'm let down :54:

I agree. Some people have very short memories.

Can everyone please remember that pre-season gives us the chance to try different things during a game (which we would NEVER do during the season). I applaud WGS for this. During the Middlesborough game, he deliberatly set out to hold the ball for as long as we could - something we needed to practise because of our poor away euro record.

If people on here would rather we went * for leather and try to win for a short term buzz then thats not looking to the future. I think we will have a good season (In Europe aswell) because of our preperation.

You dont expect an Omlette to taste nice if its undercooked.

We played decent possesion football is spells but we totally lose it in the alst half and hour -legs looked completley gone. Both teams played ultra safe keep ball with loads of men beyind the ball. We could easily have got a 0-0 here. The first goal was a fluke terrible mistake. In the 2nd goal four of our defenders could have stopped it (Hinkel then Caldwell then OD then Naylor) so it was a bit of a fluke too.

Thought our singing was embarrising tonight. Football songs were totally outnumbered by people singing about anything but football. Usual away fans tripe. Football is clearly secondary to these guys. Its FOOTBALL!! Whatever, a lot of these songs are broken record jobs and some dont even make sense nowadays.

What did everyone make of Scott McDonald's performance? Still looks a tad off the pace to me. Hopefully, with another two games between now and the start of the real stuff, he'll fully find his sharpness of last season.

Definitly would like to see him get a goal before the season kicks off, seems to be a confidence player so a goal definitly would help before the St Mirren game.

I wouldn't be too bothered if he doesn't score on Sunday or on Wednesday. As long as he's up to the speed of the game and getting himself into good positions then I'm sure the goals will come when we play against the likes of St Mirren.
