All we know now is we won't play Olympiacos, Viktoria Plzeň, Salzburg, or APOEL (because of seeding). We could play any of the other 15 teams. [EDIT: err, well, 14 since obviously we can't play Astana next round.]

After the 2nd leg is complete but before the draw, there will only be 9 other teams left in Champions Route, and because of seeding, we will know which 5 teams we will possibly get in the draw.

    Yes 5 Aug.

Didnt notice that mate my mistake :icon_mrgreen: so if qarabag go on to beat plzen they would take plzen,s place but they would be unseeded and the next unseeded team that gets through will take plzens position as a seeded team??? like bate have 34000 co effiecent points but they get through there match and because plzen are out on there arses, the next team with the most points would be seeded or a my talking 1 load of waffle :56:

Good result in the circumstances. Sloppy at times in defence, the goal we conceded being the prime example. Aside from that it was pretty positive from us.

First off. Two games played on * poor Astro-turf surfaces. All for playing games on surfaces like Hamilton and Rugby Park, but the one in Gibraltar was a farce and today's was only slightly better.

Anyway onto the game. Second half I thought we were very good. Particular after our equaliser. Similar to the end of the Lincoln game at home, we kept the ball pretty well. Biton coming on gave us a bit more composure on the ball in the midfield, when earlier it was a harem scarem. Roberts gave them the round around and ended up with 3 players on him in the 2nd half. Great persistence for the goal and also not hiding despite the * at left back having two * poor hacks at him.

Biggest positive is two of our own youngsters held their own at such a level. Tierney again after a difficult opening 30 minutes, found a solution to deal with the rapid *. O'Connell likewise after losing his man for the goal, was superb in the 2nd half. Stepping out with the ball, competed well and held his own in the makeshift defence.

Yes you are bang on mate

Current top seeds (in order) are
    Olympiakos
    Victoria Plzen
    Salzburg
    Celtic
    APOEL

Then the next 5 unseeded (also in.order)are:
    BATE
    Legia
    Dinamo Zagreb
    Ludogrets
    Kobenhavn

After this round the top 5 left in it are top seeds.

So lets hope there are as many shocks as possible (except us :icon_mrgreen:) so we can get as easy as team as possible in the playoff

Also Brendan going to scud that streak o * at the end of the game. Ref was a * also, officiated as his brown envelope dictated. Booking Brown at the end summed him up.

Did anyone else notice that Dembele didn't celebrate the equaliser?

I think we'd beat them, it's the fans I'm worried about.

He is probably still * off for playing * again and getting subbed. Not neccessarily a bad thing though.
