    IF Walter Smith goes with his favoured 4-5-1 system in the Champions League qualifier against Kaunas tonight then I would expect Rangers to go through to for the next round.
    The Gers played poorly against the Lithuanians at Ibrox last week and the 0-0 result was deeply disappointing.
    But I was not in the slightest bit impressed with their opponents and if Smith's men can improve even slightly on their performance they should progress.
