Anyone watching it? Started at 9 on Channel 4. Decent cast, Billy Bob Thornton and Martin Freeman.
Never seen the film. but this seems to be loosely based on it rather than being a carbon copy.

First episode was great, really like the feel, same as the movie.

Yahh they do.. Minnesota have americas biggest scandinavian origin population so I think its becasue of that.KRS-1888 likes this. -

Just watched the second episode. Really enjoying it :50:
Billy Bob Thornton is awesome in it. He plays the bad guy so well. -
Thought the second episode was a lot slower than the opener, although that shouldn't really be a surprise considering the first was just one thing after another.
Still really good though, Billy Bob Thornton is fantastic in it. -
It was slow, but I think it is 10 episodes so probably padding it out. It's fantastically surreal. Billy Bob Thornton is excellent.

How many eposode have they been, and how many are left of the season? -
Started off really good, second episode was a bit slow and I fell asleep halfway through the third. Not watched the rest of it yet.

There have been four so far. First one was brilliant, second was okay, third was a bit * like has been said above.
I am just about to watch the fourth episode now.
There are only 10 episodes in total then it's finished for good, so I'll probably stick with it till the end. -

Watched the first two episodes so far.
First episode was superb.
Second was good -
I'm enjoying this. Not as funny as the movie, but very engrossing and beautifully acted.
