Going by the goal it looks like they can swap about during the game. Ras also has great movement to draw defenders away to make space for others.

 

That's been one of our most consistant problems this season...the fact that the team is set out to go balls to the wall attack!

We've looked our best this season when Crosas and N'Guemo have played and although Falkirk are right up for it, I'd say we've had the overall control of the game.

 

Don't know what to say. Rasmussen's contribution is immense. It's like having 2 players in 1. He could have, I dare say, won us the last game. But, Mowbray sent him to the reserves.
Boruc on his old form, again.

 

Samaras and McGeady have been very poor.

Ras' movement and ability to draw defenders out reminds me alot of Sutton.

Here's hoping that comparison doesn't come back to bite me in the *!

What I'd give to have a 27 year old Sutton in the side!

 

I didnt think that Rasmussen could impress me more than he has so far since joining but he is outstanding today. Top class, great signing.

 

Its easy to say now but he may have been in the area where McGregor palmed that Keane shot out to the edge of the 6 yard box.

 

On BBC sportsound there,one of the guys said the he asked mowbray about maloney and mogga has said hes injured AGAIN

 

Did I see passion from Mowbray there?

 

HALFTIME Boruc has came back on to his game doing well just now, thompson is doing well considering the other three defenders he has to play with. Full backs caught up the park all the time. Wingers poor, middle of the park doing fine. Two forwards doing well linking up well.Rass doing well and Keano is keano. Need more out of big sammy and mcgeady. Fullbacks * defend please. 6 out of 10 first half

 

Samaras is dire and McGeady isn't too far behind. You could blame the pitch but its not the pitch thats making Samaras not pass to his own man. McGeady relies on a good pitch but his overall contribution has been poor. We're basically playing without wingers today.

 

Also think Hinkel has done well. He played a great ball through for Keane earlier.

ad put naylor on for samaras...simply cos he will at least attempt to cross the ball.no a pitch for runnin with it

 

Hopefully we'll see more of Rass in the next few weeks,been the stand out player so far today.

 

hes doin a lot more then wut hes bin doin lately, but hes still losing the ball in stupid runs, i agree keane an ra need to connect with his crosses, theve been pretty good so far today
