    What a horrible crash that was. My heart was in my mouth when Alonso didn't get straight out of his car, he's lucky to still have a head on his shoulders. Entirely Grosjean's fault and he fully deserves his ban which is the first time a driver has been banned since Schumacher in 1994.

    I see Hamilton has been up to his usual pish again, moaning about everyone and posting a picture of the team's telemetry :38:

    yea that replay with alonsos car camera was very scary to watch, could have so easliy flew straight into his head.
    i think somebody mentioned irvine got a 3 race ban in 1998? but not sure..

    good race today, couldnt have worked out better for alonso.. button,webber and vettel all retiring... love ta see vettel win it but its a real task now.. I dont see why schumacher would want to retire, a bit more luck this year and he would of been challenging for the title, hes still up there with the best drivers IMO..

    If the gossip is correct then Schumacher will retire this year and Hamilton will take his seat.

    Massa will almost certainly be dropped with Perez widely tipped to take his seat. Would be unusual for Ferrari to go with a young driver but he's certainly shown his talent so far this season.

    Question is if Hamilton goes to Mercedes who will get his McLaren seat? Raikonnen would be a good shout.

    Very sad to hear about Prof Watkins. Absolutely no doubt many F1 drivers are only alive today thanks to his efforts in improving safety.
