    Ye but we and rangers would then play at home on second leg-they cant have that so we have switched(wanna know how that came about btw)

    CELTIC EUROPA GAME SWITCHED

    Hey guys to let you know,Celtic europa game has been switched.
    We will now play at HOME first and then AWAY(this is due to celtic/rangers playing at home on same night on second leg)

    Be aware of change incase you guys paying for rooms,flights etc.

    This just broke about 20 mins ago on radio

    BTW i wanna know why WE were switched?????

    The UEFA ruling is that 2 teams from the same city can't play on the same night, and as all the ties are to be played on the same night, our tie was reversed as Rangers match was drawn first.

    It's nothing to do with them being current champions or having a higher co-efficient.

    Can't believe people are complaining at us playing hpme first.. I never underestimate teams in Europe, but for * sake, were Celtic, we should be going for a win home and away.. not keeping it tight away and then trying to hump them at parkhead .. the way I see it is people are moaning because we don't have this "advantage" ...:S

    The fixtures are subject to change they should have seen the huns were at home the same night as us so they must have known one of us would have to switch the home and away legs.

    Still though i would be really * off if i had booked flights etc and i can see why people booked them right away to avoid the ridiculous hike in flights that happens after a european draw.
