    France , Spain , Portugal , Netherlands

There's your final 4 if they don't meet each other before it.

Just as long as England don’t win….

As with every tournament… the hype over them is bad enough.. the celebratory noise for weeks on end if they were to win would be excruciating.

Thought England would win this til they got beat off Iceland but think they'll bottle it under pressure as everyone expecting them to do it. Southgate has been trying to temper expectations for weeks now, don't think he has the mindset to be a ruthless winner.

France on paper should be beating everyone but fancy Netherlands to upset a few.

Itll go down to Germany vs france/England as hosts always do well.

Who ever wins the semi between England France will win it. This is assuming England and France top their group so will meet in the semi. If not I'd say England would knock Germany out in the last 16 and it'll be France England final. Both teams are too strong not to get far.

Quite fancy the hosts. Think they will come back strongly after their shock defeat in the opener

Thought France until I saw them play Canada. Very underwhelming.

    Now going for Portugal.

Scotland to make it out of the group and possibly a wee bit further. Eternal optimist prediction.

Can never rule out Germany and think Portugal and Netherlands are shouts, can't see any others sneaking in.

Could anyone point me out to any "fan zones" in Edinburgh?
Surely the capital city will have something special for the occasion under their sleeve, right?

Believe Scotland is the only participant without a fan zone in its capital city. Sums up the local authorities’ attitude towards football in general tbh and they couldn’t care less if it’s to the detriment of future generations.

My towns got a big screen up at the park. Tickets are £10 though.

    Unionists-run council.
They're perfectly ok with the fans zone for the Olympics though:

Scotland to host official Team GB fan zone during Paris Olympics
The free-to-enter facilities will feature big screens showing Britain’s athletes in action.

Edinburgh is to play host to one of nine official Olympic fan zones popping up across the country this summer.

Team GB said it will host the free-to-enter zones from the opening ceremony on July 26 to the closing ceremony on August 11, featuring big screens showing the action from Paris.

Visitors to the fan zones will also be able to take part in Olympic-themed activities, watch on-stage entertainment and enjoy live DJ sets.

Appearances from past Olympians, question and answer sessions and medal celebrations with Team GB’s returning athletes are also planned.

I've got a wee feeling for the Netherlands. Don't know why but if I was a betting man, a cheeky wee fiver would be going on them
