Even if you're not taking bias into this, Spain 100% deserve the trophy. They've been by far the best team at the tournament.

 

Im hoping that their current bravado is utterly misguided and due to that run against dross… even Netherlands weren’t up to much.

This is a major step up in calibre of opponent. It would take them o have their best game by far … and Spain to have their worst for it to be even a match.

Hopefully that won’t be the case.

It might be a battle of ‘who fools the ref most with rolling around on the grass’…

Referees seem to be rather favourable to Engerland in this competition.

Hopefully this French ref won’t be…. Abut I noticed that it’s already been pointed out by the English that he may favour Spain because two of their players were actually born in France.

Spain had extra days rest. Spain will have loads of the ball and England will have to do more running. Spain the best pressing side in the tournament. England haven't faced a midfield anywhere close to Rodri, Ruiz and Olmo so far and the pace they have out wide..

I'm confident but it's a final. All it takes is dodgy decision or red. Think Spain with guys like Carvajal back and fresh will have too much. England been exposed a few times by much weaker sides in every game. We're dominated by a pish Denmark. Shoulda been 2 down against Slovakia. They've had to wing it a few times..
