Xavi Simmons has a particularly annoying whiney looking face when he gets in to it with the ref. I noticed it during their last game in the groups and it’s stuck with me.

Turkey have been a breath of fresh air. Hopefully they have enough about them to beat England if they get through.

Some crossing from the 8 and 10 for Turkey.

Beat my coupon, but cannae complain the big man gave me a right few quid the other game against Portugal.

This Turkish side has been one of the better teams to watch in this tournament. They’re well organised, brave going forward and they’ve played their hearts out in pretty much every match.

Honestly, Spain v Turkey looks like a more entertaining final on paper than any of the other potential matchups.

Turkey playing well....but like the Swiss vs Italy....They for some reason will * it against England and not attack them.

Or they could go to penalties against the Dutch, who have a worse record than them. I hope their luck has run out now.

England are ranked 5th and played Switzerland (19th), Denmark (21st), Serbia (32nd), Slovakia (45th) and Slovenia (57th).

They've only beaten Serbia in 90mins.

They'll play either the Netherlands (7th) or Turkey (42nd). It's currently looking like it's going to be Turkey.

Has there ever been an easier run of games at a major tournament?

Not sure why Holland * around up top, better just playing that big striker, he causes problems when he's on the park.

Either drop depay or play him instead of that ex spurs dud. Not sure how wee frimpong can't get in that team either.

It’s half-time in the Netherlands v Turkey match, so we’ll show highlights of England, a snippet of a Gareth Southgate interview and discuss that match instead. They’re so * predictable.

Honestly listen to them singing about that England performance.

They don’t “deserve great credit”. They’ve won one of five games in 90 minutes all tournament.

They’ve been gash and a true analysis of their tournament so far would be a deep discussion on the lucky draw they’ve been given and how unconvincing they’ve still managed to be.
