It wasn't a great euros at all. I didn't get to see that many games because of work mainly but heres all the ones i watched fully and il say whether i enjoyed them or not.

France 2-1 Romania - Was ok but i actually fell asleep and missed the last goal.

England 1-1 Russia - Decent game

Germany 2-0 Ukraine - First half was good rest was *.

Germany 0-0 Poland - Was a no bad game. Been worse and been better. Didn't actually see it all.

Portugal 0-0 Austria - Yawn. Only good bit was Ronaldo missing his penalty.

Slovakia 0-0 England - Snoozefest. Slovakia sat back all * game. England had a go but it was still poor.

France 2-1 Rep Ireland - Enjoyed this game. 1 of few i enjoyed.

England 1-2 Iceland - Missed the 3 goals but saw the rest. Wasn't great until the full time lol.

Poland 1-1p Portugal - Yawn. Seemed to watch a few Portugal games. Why? They were all *.

Wales 3-1 Belgium. Probably the best game of the tournament that i seen. Great match.

Portugal 2-0 Wales. Expected more from this. Pretty dire.

Germany 0-2 France. It was quite a decent game. Wasn't bad.

Portugal 1-0 France. Yawn. * dire final. Only real moments i can remember are both teams hitting the woodwork and the goal.

Seems to be when Germany come up against a half decent team their lack of a proper striker sticks out like a sore thumb. For a team of their quality it's a mystery.

You're lucky you missed Croatia Portugal 1 shot in 117 minutes

Wasn't even the best in his team.

    Griezmann if anyone from France.

I find it difficult to pick a Player of the tournament, don't think anyone really stood out tbh, thought Ozil was excellent for Germany, Sanchez for Portugal and Griezmann for France.

Forgot tae mention Joe Hart for England :icon_mrgreen:

I'd say Pepe deserves it, but payet is who I'm seeing on Twitter.

    Ronaldo or Pepe.

Portugal would have been nowhere near without the two.

Griezmann was easily the best player at the Tournament IMO.

Broke the record for goals scored in the Knockout Stages.

Aye, Pepe has done well. It would also be appropriate summation of how the tournament has went.

Opta stats produce a Team of the Tournament using various measurables.

Hazard featured in the team yet aside from 1 game, I thought he was * poor.

Can only imagine what such a feel good factor must be like. Always get jealous watching the scenes of countries celebrating together like that.

I remember as a wee man reading and watching everything and anything to do with Celtic winning the Scottish Cup in '95 then the league in '98, wanting to live in the moment for as long as possible.

Throw in the lovely weather in Portugal and the scale of this achievment and its some party you guys will be having Luz! :50:
