Any Englishman with an ounce of footballing knowledge will wholeheartedly disagree with that. We know we're nothing special, and it's just as annoying listening to the same * the media come out with every couple of years.

Oh dear, not as good as they think. Outplayed by a decent Italian side, imagine if they had a prolific goalscorer in the side. The game should have been finished in the 90 minutes.

Quite average players in Ashley Young, Scott Parker, James Milner, Lescott, Henderson,Carroll and others.

Gerrad with cramp after 60 minutes, smells of a lack of proper preparation which shouldn`t be happening at that level.

I think Hodgson is a good manager but the negativity in his approach and even when it became apparent it wasn`t working, never changed the system.

 

I'd like to think we'll get rid of Levein after we lose a couple of early games in the qualifiers coming up.
