There's not enough link up play between Cassano and Balotelli. They both play as individuals.

I think Balotelli's teamwork has been superb this match, Cassano looks a shadow of the player he was though.

Cant really blame him though hes good around teams boxes and capable of scoring and creating goals but England play so far back he has to play more like a winger and he doesnt really play that well running from deep. Better to get him the ball higher up like Silva/Iniesta do for Spain.

 

No chance had a poor euros but everything goes down the right for some reason - Before the euros he scored and made 11 out of Englands last 20goals.

Wanted Italy to win from the start but the commentators and pundits make me want Italy to win even more. Didn't think I could want England to lose more than I want them to this match other than against Scotland.

Still one of the most overated players England have. He's a good player but nowhere near as good as they think they think he is.

He's good against the smaller nations that you'll play against before tournements but when it gets to the harder games he's bollocks.

Agree I think he has played really well tonight despite having one of the worst Italian internationals I've ever seen beside him.

I dont remember a time when this guy was ever that good tbh. Not seen all his games obviously but he has never impressed me.
