    He could walk next season and take half that transfer fee as his sign on bonus and extravagant wages to whatever English team he wants. However if he wants medals he should get loaned here as kyogo back up :fear:

    City never wanted him….played arsenal * perfectly there. Arsenal started at 70 mil and city have made them pay 100 hahah

    I thought Kane’s only focus was getting prem too ever scorer. Be very surprised if he goes to a non-prem club

    Rice is definitely a good player, any hyperbole about him being average or * is just that.

    However, he’s not worth 105 million and had he never switched allegiance from Ireland to England you can guarantee he’d only be moving for a tenth of that.

    Realistically, even in todays market, he’s worth about a third of what they’re paying. He’s athletic, decent stature, he can break up play and he’s neat and tidy in possession. There will be a number of players you can take from a number of other leagues who would do a very similar job. They just didn’t happen to be born in London.

    Just shows how scary it is tbh even with that money kicking about West Ham are having to wait until the transfer goes through before they make a move for Harvey Barnes which to me show they are maxed out this season because high level of wages to income

    That's Tonali confirmed to Newcastle.

    They are playing an incredibly smart game with the signings.

    However, they of course have the means to do that now with their new owners.

    Don't have access to that level of wealth and they probably don't do anything anywhere near as clever with their recent signings as they have in the last few windows.

    I'd be keeping an eye on them for a challenge next season...

    Still need a few in defence and attack but their midfield now is brilliant and well balanced for a challenge
