    If Leicester stay up and want to grow as a club they should get rid of Pearson. Not good enough to lead them forward IMO. If they got the right manager in they could easily be like Stoke / Swansea / West Ham in a couple of seasons. Established club.

    Pearson genuinely comes across as someone who's not all there; his press conferences are like watching a serial killer being interviewed. I'm not sure if it's just some persona he puts on for the cameras, but this weird passive aggressive thing he does is very strange (and I'm not going to get started on the choking incident, which was one of the strangest things I've ever seen during a football match).

    Leicester would do well to get shot of him at the end of the season. Ignoring the fact that he's a walking PR disaster, he's not really shown the ability to take the club forward. If Leicester were to bring in a decent (non-psychopathic) manager, they might be able to establish themselves as a comfortable, if unremarkable, side.

    On the footballing side of things, I actually think he's done a very good job and has them playing decent quite attacking, aggressive football. Even when they were losing, the talk was always of them being extremely unlucky..

    All that said, something is seriously up with him. I think a mix of his personality and being lined up for the chop for half a season doesn't help matters and he's definitely cracking up over it but I think we've seen on a couple of occasions, at least, that we have a guy no all right up stairs..

    As metioned above, that McArthur incident was one of the strangest reactions I've ever seen in football, psychotic to actually lose it in front of 30 thousand and sky's live camera's in the way he did, for no reason. And we've seen it again in that interview..

    The McArthur thing was just weird. There was nothing McArthur could have done to avoid the collision, and it seemed like it would taken as a bit of a laugh, but then it was like someone flicked a switch inside Pearson's head. Bizarre to say the least. McArthur done well not to lose the plot in my opinion, but I think he was just as confused as everyone else.
