In the context of the game, it is. Laughable comparing any of our domestic games to a match like this. The stakes are much, much higher. It calls for concentration levels that few of our players have ever even considered before.

In regards to Smalling, I have to question what you're expecting. He's a traditional style stopper. Not going to be carrying the ball out of the back like Hummels, is he?
