Delighted Newcastle are doon. Pish club. So are Sunderland but I've always liked them since MON was there.

Quite like Norwich as well since, if I was to pick 2 English clubs it'd probably be those 2. Gutted for Alex Neil, he'll get them up again though.

Sunderland avoiding relegation bagged me £100. Glad they stayed up.

    Aye he seems popular aswell.

Not really sure why I don't think he's all that impressive but there you go.

    Frank you mean.

I think it will be a big fuckup to appoint Frank De Boer, quite unproven the times he won Leagues with Ajax though they probably had a slightly weaker team than PSV but it was mostly due to PSV playing quite * those seasons then the last 2 that were closer because PSV performed better he lost.

His signings for Ajax weren't the best in his time there either, like he signed Mike Van Der Hoorn the season we signed Van Dijk, one is a top class great player and the other a diddy, I think Van Der Hoorn even cost more so his head must have been up his *.

De Boer I imagined would have ended up at a bigger team from a weaker League again like in Scotland, Greece, Belgium, maybe Russia or Turkey who would have taken a chance on him since he's experienced at the same type of job with Ajax as these teams and he done ok there.

Everton you'd think could do better though and get a more proven manager. Even Moyes.

    F. De Boer done basically the same as Lennon did with us, probably worse actually since Lennon done better in Europe.

Infact Philip Cocu of PSV I bet would go to Everton and I think he's a better manager.

Why not keep him for the last game then sack him? Seems a bit pointless.

Last game is at Goodison, and it has been a bad atmosphere the last few months with then chanting for him to be sacked etc. So i would imagine the fans will get behind the team and have a better atmosphere than Martinez out and booing at the end etc

Feel sorry for Martinez, don't think he's a bad manager at all.

I think De Boer is pretty much nailed on now, though I'm not sure how you judge him as a manager. I mean what he achieved with Ajax is pretty standard, nothing amazing considering the club and the league. Perhaps it's just his philosophy and his vision of how football should be played (basically the Ajax way) fits into what Martinez was trying to achieve and Kenwright wants to continue down that route.

What I will say is Everton should have cashed in on Stones last summer and if they get anything over 40 million for Lukaku cash in on him too. It's the only way they can improve sell their talents for big prices and reinvest by trying to get more bargains and gems.

Weird, he's been out of football since 2008 but never really ventured into management properly yet.
