Both those teams look weak. No Ferdinand, Evra, Cleverley, Nani, Rooney or Brown, Cuellar, Larsson, Cattermole, Vaughan or Fletcher.

 

I think it looks quite a strong United line up with Kagawa in his favoured position. Anderson and Carrick are quite a decent midfield pairing too.


For me I've seen absolutely no fight for Sunderland what so ever.... compare that to Wigan and Villa in recent weeks, there is a sense that both clubs will give absolutely everything in the final weeks of the season and will get out of danger.

If Sunderland are to survive (which I strongly doubt), this is the game they need to show it, at home to the best team in the division, no next week or the week when they have their next home game. This is the time they need to show they're up for the fight. Because the season is running out of games, Villa and Wigan are coming into decent form, Sunderland are almost certainly going to be left behind.

All season it was thought to be a straight shootout between Villa and Wigan, but Sunderland have been flat all season, no spark there what so ever. MON has evidently lost it.

 

I cant wait til utd wrap up the title just so they'll stop showing that clip of martin tyler screaming like a * banshee about that aguero goal.

 

Squad depth outstanding , stronger squad than i expected today with Chelsea on Monday at 12;30 the bigger game .

 

If Sunderland had Fletcher fit I'd have fancied them to take something

Ashley Young is such a *. Screaming for handball there where if he carried on the fullback was out of the game and Sunderland wouldn't have had the chance to get set for the freekick.

Wish he'd just play * football.

 

I'd try getting used to it pal as they're gonna play that clip year-in-year-year-out for the foreseeable future.

Was reading this morning that there are allegations that some English fans were singing racist songs about the Ferdinand brothers in midweek.

Edit ( it was the San Marino game actually)

I dont know if it was racism, it was sum stupid song they where singing..

 

Well they allegedly sang about burning them both on a bonfire, I guess everyone can reach their own conclusions whether it's racist or not. But the inclusion of Anton (after the whole Terry saga) sure makes it seem racist, if true.
