talking about the england game against brazil, what the * has happened to brazilian football? we played well, particularly wilshire looks the business, and for once we passed and moved quickly and well the ball, but brazil looked like San Marino. Its the poorest brazilian NT Ive seen in my 30 years watching football.

Like the image you keep of certain people, that girl you were in for in high school that you see years later and despite looking nothing like the girl you used to like in your mind thats the image you'll always have of her. Brazil for me will always be that brazil side from spain 82, absolutely magical to watch, full of technical wizards, fantasistas like the italians say. Its a shock for me to see how the mighty have fallen!

If the Premier League's new £105 million deficit cap across three seasons started three years ago 3 teams would be in breach: CFC, LFC, MCFC

The big PL finance vote was incredibly tight - 13 for, 6 against, one abstention (Reading). Just scraped 2/3 majority of votes cast.

Premier League clubs who voted against the new finance rules: Fulham, West Brom, Villa, Man City, Swansea, Southampton say sources.

I expect shirt and merchandise sales of a few certain clubs to go through the roof.

Morten Wieghorst is joining Swansea City
MICHAEL LAUDRUP is set to appoint Denmark Under 21 manager Morten Wieghorst as his new assistant.

Former Celtic midfielder Wieghorst is set to be unveiled as Laudrup’s new No. 2 having stated his intention to quit the national post at the end of the season.

It is a shock move with Wieghorst, 41, being groomed as a potential future full Denmark boss but had made it clear he wanted to move back into club coaching having spent time as manager of Chelsea’s Champions League opponents FC Nordsjaelland.

“It surprises me a little. I had an idea, he would not renew with us, but it surprises me that he will be presented in Swansea tomorrow,” said DBU general secretary Jim Stjerne Hansen

But it appears Laudrup has got his man to work alongside right-hand man Erik Larsen and first-team coach Alan Curtis.

Wieghorst starred alongside Laudrup at the 1998 World Cup having made a name for himself in Britain with Celtic between 1995 and 2002, earning 30 caps.

He moved into coaching and management at the end of his playing career and Laudrup has moved to add him to his staff, freeing up Larsen for a greater scouting role.

It also gives a growing indication that Laudrup is ready to snub interest from rival clubs following his su

    Big Morten.

Always remembered he had some Glaswegian accent when he was up here :56::56::56::56:

Absolutely delighted that he is doing so well, considering that he almost never lived to see this day.
