Joe Hart is not in the top 10 goalkeepers in the world for me. Pepe Reina is the best in the Premiership for me, I would rank the likes of Friedel above him.

Boruc on form is better. Joe hart has excellent reflexes and command of his box, however he constantly saves and pushes the ball directly back into danger. Man City got pummeled in the Champions League because of this.

Agreed. He's on a level with Al Habsi, he has potential to be great though.

Reports in France claiming Lille's Eden Hazard has agreed to join Tottenham in the summer. No official confirmation as yet, however.

More on this player has agreed his terms no fee agreed by clubs yet.

Can see them selling Modric or Bale to fund it .

Would cry for joy if this happened. All we'd need is a striker and we'd have one of the most complete teams in the world.

Very much doubt that. I'd say van der Vaart before Modric or Bale.

No chance they'll sell Bale or Modric. Spurs are minted, they can afford Hazard IMO. They've got plenty of players they could afford to get rid of at a decent price before they'd even consider losing Bale or Modric. They should try and sign Adebayor too.

Chelsea players argue with angry AVB

Andre Villas-Boas has clashed with his Chelsea players - in front of the club's owner Roman, Abramovich.

The dressing-room exchange took place at the club’s training ground on Sunday, after Villas-Boas cancelled a day off following the previous day's defeat at Everton.

Abramovich organised a training ground summit to shake up the squad after the Blues slipped out of the Champions League qualification places.

The Russian tycoon blamed the players for the club’s slide to fifth in the Premier League and furious Villas-Boas tore into his squad during the showdown meeting - but senior pros gave as good as they got from the manager in a no-holds-barred exchange.

Players voiced concerns about tactics, management methods and team selection in a clear-the-air meeting which turned stormy as both sides put their points across.

Abramovich witnessed the argument and also spoke to the players, leaving them in no doubt that he is still backing the manager despite the setback at Goodison Park.

However the owner, who spent virtually every day at the club’s training ground last week to get a close look at the team’s preparations, is now aware of the players’ feelings about the man he appointed last summer.

AVB retains the support of the owner but that backing will be tested if Chelsea crash out of the FA Cup to Birmingham on Saturday, and lose to Napoli in the last 16 of the Champions League.

Abramovich has told confidantes that he alone appointed Villas-Boas last summer and is therefore determined to back his judgement.

Chelsea did not wish to comment on the dressing room clash.

Time for Chelsea to have a mass clear out, they really need to get rid of the likes of Lampard, Terry etc, who still think they are living in the Mourinho days. AVB isn't the sole reason for Chelsea's failings this season, the older, more experienced players are at fault imo and it's time for Chelsea to get rid

They should stick with AVB i think, in the long run when he gets his own players they'll be better for it. Agree with cammy they need clear out of players and egos.

Yeah, seems like he really loves football and is dedicated to his job. Honest guy too.

Chelsea got shafted by refs this season quite a few times, it cost them a lot and it doesn't help him with trying to make good results with all declining players and half-arsed performances.

Anyway, Chelsea deserve to fail, Villas-Boas who could better than that hot potato of a job. They can't hold a manager for more than few years as they want instant success.
