    im sure if hesky came he,d score more than 20 goals,he defenetly aint * he untill the world cup was keeping crouch or defoe out of the team playing alongside rooney.* player dont manage that..if he signs he will do well.

    totally disagree mate, he was a good target man, nothing more.

    now? he is crap, doesnt score, creates few chances, and has lost his edge.

    heskey will not score 20+goals a season fact hes good at holding it up we already have a 3.8mil man to do that no need for another one get sammy sheridan mcgowan to * bring in two new strikers !

    guys everyone is slagging heskey off but its alot diff playing in england than it is in scotland.... bougherra and davis are like superstars down here yet they were in the reserves down there. heskey imo would bully defenses up here and get goals.

    thought bougherra was fantastic against england,
    but thought heskey was muck, always have.
    we need a small nippy forward. the 3 we have at the moment are all big tall lads.
    hopefully sammy be off so, if we can get a big name striker and a young little nippy unknown, like that guy from norway(dint know how tall he is lol), allong with MAF an rasmussen, then ill be happy.
    leagues ares this season lads.

    Heskey scores less goals in a sesson than lee naylor godsake ? Why we even having this discussion.... we are in diff threads talking about how we need a proven goal scorer and now we are talking about him, the man who everyone knocks for NOT BEING A GOAL SCORER ?? Get tae * imo !

    I dont think Heskey lost one header in the world cup, he is great at holding the ball up. but i think Marco will do that job for us just fine.

    We need to be signing a striker who can score goals not another that can hold up the ball and hardly scores any.I've never rated Heskey anyway would be a terrible move imo.

    1. they are only a major footballing nation in their own heads. Yes they have a great league. Yes they have some great players. Yes they are still * and still think they are gony win every world cup. At best they are the 8th favourites going into every world cup nd 6th favs going into a euros.

    2. I would only sign him if he paid my season ticket for me and bought me a slice a tht very decent pizza they serve at CP.
