Some of you being really harsh - the boy played really well in both legs.

Plus his strength really impressed me as well, brushed off our defenders and brown a few times with ease.

Feel bad for him. The treatment from some of our fans was not on and does not reflect well on our fanbase.

I'd give him a chance when he arrives back in January.

I agree with the majority that Bangura probably looked the best player on the park and I reckon if he was on our side he would have scored. I doubt any can argue stokes or Samaras performed better although I do like both of them as well.

I also agree he is being harshly treated, what do our fans expect? A man who came to Celtic hoping to be a first team player was given about 3 starts and some sub appearances then is loaned out to a team who plays him. What better way for him to be loyal to the team paying his wages while also prove to us he merits another chance?

sammy was best player first leg.

haven't seen second leg fully but it seems Mo from commentary adn highlights that Mo was very good and probably the best.

It's not the worst outcome we coulda hoped for. We go through. Our loaned player looked good.

Bangura not happy with Broony not shaking his hand after the game :smiley-laughing002: http://www.express.co.uk/sport/foot...ott-Brown-is-a-bad-Bhoy-for-not-shaking-hands

Thought the part about him chatting to Lennon was interesting.

Brown was well within his rights to walk away from Bangura after his antics 10 minutes previously.

As much as I like Brown and think he is the heartbeat of this team I personally feel the opposite.

When one considers the nature of his own style of play - for example, his performance against Pirlo last season - a lot of players would be within their rights to tell him to get stuffed at the end of the match if his reaction was to become the norm.

Yes Mo kicked him and he shouldn't have. Brown was probably quite right to have a go. But the game was over, he is the captain of the club and he should have realized that stuff happens and gotten over it.

From the papers Lennon's response was far more appropriate in telling Mo he played well and he will be welcomed back.

There is no way on earth he'll be welcomed back to the club, he's played his last game for Celtic and I for one am pretty happy with that. His antics over both legs considering he was playing against his parent club were disgraceful and kicking out at broony at the end was the final straw.

I've not seen any replay of it since the game so wasn't sure but if he did kick out then you're spot on,why should he go and shake his hand..
It really riled broony and he showed restraint otherwise we could have been talking about a red card,or maybe that's what bangura was trying to do :47:

Banguras behaviour was not good at all, it will be difficult for him to play again for Celtic

Browns attitude is absolutely stinking at times, completely out of order not to shake his hand.

Not as stinking as Banguras diving during both legs, his attempt to get Wilson red carded, his deliberate hand ball, his lashing out at Brown. He had a couple of decent touches over 180mins of football, he was up against Efe, who's going through a nightmare at the moment.
He's * pish, get rid of him

In the first leg every one of their players booted ours. Did our boys refuse to shake their hands?

Likewise, I have seen Brown kick lumps out of numerous players - in particular against Juventus when Pirlo responded angrily. But he still shook Brown's hand despite them swearing at each other.

There are some things in football where a handshake after is staged, but what Mo did was no worse that 90% of what happens every week in every game. As I have stated earlier Brown is a good player but he is also our captain and as such should act with dignity in such common situations.

That's a poor show from Brown not shaking his hand, very unsportsmanlike.

If I was the captain of Celtic yes I would.
