you guys are 8 hours ahead of my pacific time. what time does the team usually play?

 

last years celtics games were around 7 or 8am here in mexico

 

weekends:12:15,12:30,12:45, 1:00, 2:00 or 3:00(usual time), depending on tv schedule

weekdays:7:45 or 8:00

 

Some games are gonna be 4am pacific time.

Are there ever any replays later on?

How do you feel about your style of football? Do you think it will fit in with the style they have in Scotland?

I believe that Scottish football is strong, typical to that of England.. Ireland. I will try to adapt as soon as possible. When I was with the team in the US I had a chat with the coach and he let me know what he wants and asks from me. I am pleased and the sooner possible I am under his orders, the better.

You say that you conversed already with the coach and that he told you more or less what he asks of you. I'm curious because you are a very versatile player. Lately, with the (Mexican) squad you occupied a sector in the midfield but you can also play as a defender. What did the coach tell you with regard to that? What position are you going to occupy in the club?

We did not speak too specifically but he told me he wants me to be offensive. He saw me playing all the friendly games in Europe with the national team and in the world cup and he liked how i play offensively, how I was always looking for an opening in the rival's area while not being 100% offensive. We didn't have much of a specific chat because of the circumstances but basically that's what he wants from me and the team. Honestly, whatever position he decides to play me, I will try to give my biggest effort not only for myself but also for the club.

Surely it's your goal to shine where ever they place you, but if you could choose, what position would you feel most comfortable playing?

(Laughs) For a chance to play, even if they give me the goalie's gloves I would give my best. Imagine that.. (Laughs)
