Worst CB I can remember playing for Celtic people used to rip pish out of Loovens and Majstorvic but they were like Gérard Pique compared to him

 

He should have been sacked for his performance. Couldn't believe what I was seeing. He was escorting opposing strikers into the box for a free strike at goal. Gordon must have been raging with him.

 

As much as i dislike Ambrose as a player i couldnt believe my eyes when i saw he was starting at RB with a regular RB starting at CB, surely playing Denayer at CB with Lustig at RB was the more solid option?

What the * is happening at Celtic?

 

This argument has been had before. Whatever you think of how hard professional footballers work, it has been shown time and time again that their performance suffers badly when they don't have a summer off. Ambrose has, if I understand correctly, not had a single break since he joined us and it's catching up with him now.

 

His attempted cross that ended up in the top tier of the Lisbon Lions stand was disgusting. Allowing players to walk past him * is he thinking. Surely he cant be picked again!!!

 

Will try to make a video compliation on his mistakes from a Celtic tv clip tonight. Will post it later if it works out. Thinking about a suitable theme song and the only one that comes in mind is Benny Hill.

 

What exactly is gained by picking the worst game (by far) this Celtic player has had in the hoops, making a compilation of his worst bits in that game and then setting it to music?

This guy should be hounded out of Celtic, he's an awful footballer and a complete liability!! Oliver Tebily was less of a bombscare than Efe!! Get him to * and anybody defending this guy needs to give up the game and admit that's he's a complete calamity! and unfortunately he's far from the only one!!

 

So why wasn't he hooked by Deila? It seemed that he had some kind of public meltdown and forgot that he was supposed to be playing at rightback for the entire second half. Their left winger must have thought his Christmases had come all at once. Constantly fed the ball, unmarked, and with a free 20yd run at our goal line.

 

It's not been his worst game. That was Juventus, without doubt. It's also not th first time he's had a performance like last night.

He isn't good enough. Never want to see him in a Celtic strip again.

He has been shown up time and time again in europe.Just about every goal we concede ambrose or mulgrew are at fault for it imo.Luckily for him he has had a decent defensive partner beside him for the majority of his time at celtic.....lets see how good he looks with no vvd holding his hand.

 

So that people can be reminded just how * awful a performance this was. I've never seen anything like it. He just refused to go anywhere near their winger and was constantly taking up the CB position instead of RB where he should have been.
I for one would love to see the compilation just to try and work out what the * was going on in his head.

He has become a bit of a joke. He has ability, thats clear to see. He was magnificent for us when we reached the last 16, putting in colossal performances.

Sadly he has for some reason got worse. Doesn't look like the same player as he did, more and more mistakes are being made and he's forgotton how to defend. Confidence looks shattered but he needs to be benched for the greater good of the team.
