The first team are the ones that have lost the last two matches though.

Surely the key to a happy dressing room is to be dropping the underperforming players and giving the hungry fringe players a chance.

what must some of them think watching Johansen, Bitton, Armstrong etc, strolling through games on the periphery and yet they still don't get a chance to stake a claim?

Changing a team too much though means you lose any cohesion. I know i have included under performing players but i feel the risk of making wholesale changes outweighs the risk the current under-performing players would bring.

Which is why i would bring in the likes of Allan, CKR and Roberts.

I completely agree but not 4-2-3-1. Bailly has to play as does Christie, Roberts, Allan. McG came off so he's in. Brown needs game time as does Cole & CKR. This can, be Derk's farewell for last 30 min and he's the pace.

    So for me it's

    Bailly
    Efe,Boy,Sviat,
    Christie,McG,Brown,Allan
    CKR,Cole,Roberts

I'm guessing there watching and thinking about the lague games in January, it's not so much underperforming as inconsistency. The team gets switched about regularly, think the dressing room will be as frustrated as the manager.

For me all the players look behind him, he's a great talker, however it's not working tactically. I think that's all it is.

People should be getting replaced, they'll be behind him though.

I would give our cb's that we're planning on using in the next game a game. I'm assuming it's Sviachenko and Boyata. They need more games together. Give the rest of the players a rest.

Don't want to humiliate them but any less than 6 for us would be embarrassing
    7-1
Give one of their players a goal to remember

Tom Rogic still has that ankle problem he looks set to miss out.

Kris Commons has been suffering from a throat infection as well as hamstring issues.

I really like Rogic yes he is a type of luxury player but he has been a bit of a bonus considering most thought he was off and wouldn't make it, and Commons is what he is yes looks out of touch with play at times but he has that nack of getting goals or creating them, both will be a big miss come Sunday thats for sure

Would like to see more of Allan and Christie has always looked good anytime we have played Caley, plus would it really do any harm to take certain players out the firing line given the level of opponent and try freshen things up a bit :50:
