So, everyone is ripping Ronny a new one, and rightly so, but the people responsible for the utter debacle we have found ourselves in, is the board.

We had the chance to put light years between us and the rest of Scottish Football; we could have afforded to splurge a little bit on real quality, knowing we wouldn't realistically be challenged for the title, thereby guaranteeing CL money every year.

We could have improved our academy and our scouting network, bringing in great young players and bringing them through, as there would be no challenge to an established Celtic team, with no real challengers.

Instead we find ourselves with a clueless manager and managerial staff, gutless players, who don't want to play for the jersey they wear, 1 youth team player coming through (Tierney - the 1 bright spark in these recent dark times), a signing policy that manages to get Man City youth players and twats with a 0.25 goal per game record and a serious attitude problem. Oh and our "extensive" scouting network seems to involve Pistol Pete phoning Dudu Dahan and asking who the cheapest player he has is.

When they return, they will actually be in danger of giving us a run for our money. And that is about the most disgraceful thing I, as a Celtic fan can possibly imagine!

The board and Dermot Desmond should be the ones everyone is getting angry at.

Agreed great post :50: but Deila is a disaster on the football side and this needs our immediate attention because 10iar is in real jeopardy.

Just about to say that. Who gives a * about 10iar.
We want to win the league this year, and the next with them coming up.
If we don't win the league this year, it will be the biggest riddy.
I might not come back here.

    I'm not long back.

Really disappointed with the performance. I wouldn't be sad if I never saw Forrest or Ambrose again.

This game was never going to tell us much, it's the next couple of league games that are important.

    On to the next one!

Og a think 5iar is in real danger we were a shambles against windy cleaners and handy men the day, I have no confidence in this side or Delia, who ever we will play will give us a game.

I like how today's win has been turned into a shambles in some folks heads. The stats and the scoreline suggest otherwise. Yeah we could have done better but you have to give them some credit.
If I've one criticism it's that we weren't clinical or positive enough, we were too ponderous against a team we should have scored more against. But I'm sure we will go on a good run like the beginning of the second half of last season and kick on now.

This is Celtic, you have to win with a bit of style, especially against a team like East Kilbride.

I felt like I was asleep for 90 minutes watching that today. The football wasn't entertaining, and the result hardly deserves credit considering the gulf in class (or what should be) between the sides.

This is a painful post mate - I hope you're right but this is exactly the attitude that is dragging us down - blue skies ahead - Peter Lawell relies on us being gullible to the end !!!!
