    i'd have him he's a good player but the reported 20k a week i dunno seems a big wage for a guy thats currently on 7k!!

    Not really he was on 15k a week in the prem Burnley was smart and cut there players wages by half unlike some teams ie Hull etc when they went down , so he was only on 7 .500, a week just now ,
    Sunderland are very intrested in him aswell and can see a few other prem sides taking a punt on him i no Bolton would be happy to take him aswell

    Eagles is a very good player he can play either wide right or off the strikrers , he's got decent pace good tricks and more important a good cross on him would be a fantastic player here , either as a starter or impact sub ,

    Personaly i dont think we need to replace mcgeady, we have plenty of mid field options i.e mccourt / maloney / ledley can all play left wing, ki / mcginn / brown can all play right wing i would prefer the money went on 1 class striker a solid defender and a lb. this is by no way me saying we wont miss mcgeady at times but think we should defo strengthen other areas before the midfield after he goes. Still all the best to him if he does go.

    eh continue reading post... i said we need to strengthen other areas before replacing him with another midfielder, also said that he would be missed!!! but take of the green tinted glasses mate, one trick horse that has been kept quiet by very mediocre players latley due to his ability to only play well when he can be arsed. if we get 8 -10 million for him then we need to strengthen other areas with that money rather than midfield
