Like us all frustration, anger etc are emotions that are sadly the order of the day watching Celtic at the moment. We get off to a perfect start with the early goal and are playing some decent football and really getting after Hibs and coming on the back of Sundays second half I am thinking ok maybe now we will be ok and the goals and results will flow. But no second goal comes and then 20 minutes later after Hibs had barely crossed the halfway line Stokes has a shot, Thompson almost heads in a free kick and Stokes heads in the resultant corner. Unreal Hibs haven't been remotely in the game and it's 1-1. That really has been the story of the last 2 months. We dominate create a lot of chances but fail to kill the opposition off and get exposed time and time again at the back.

samaras could be out of sight in the scoring charts if he would take the chances sometimes i feel he thinks he has already scored then misses eg header last night an go back to hearts in the cup he was celebrating after chipping the keeper and the ball came back of the post, We do have a problem up front with strikers wanting to be wingers at the same time,a bit of communication would help.

I like your last paragraph- we seem to share the asme optimism- Celtic fans are for life NOT just for 'one year'- Glory Hunters!

'I for one am going to man up, take it on the chin and simply hope that the man gets things going the way he wants. If that takes two years of difficulty then so be it. I'm not a fan for a year, its for life. I for one beleive TM could have a significant impact on the future of our beloved, just so long as the media and fans take a bit of perspective...chance is a fine thing. I agree that Robson was not up to it this season; far too many reckless tackles, a lot of which I think came from his injuries and the need to prove his reputation as the man with "dig". However, his introduction when Scott Brown's injury caused Strachan to finally change his team; in my eyes at least, drove us to the title. I will always be grateful to him for this and no matter how poor he may have looked this season, saying he hit the ball and hoped for the best is a bit strong.

The speed of our attack has not been great for me since the Burns days; O' Neill had Bellamy for a while and the difference he made was amazing; even Camara with his pace and Miller's running could create space and cause defences to become strethced. Strachan went on a lot about "tempo". His philosophy on how he wanted the team to play seemed to revolve aroud the changing of pace, from measured and controlled to faster in the final third. The implementation of this was very poor, again with what he had at his disposal, it's a pretty hard thing to achieve.

In the last couple of games last season, I don't know if we even got a shot on target, so poor were we. It's this failing of his ideas within the team - ideas that were too far fetched - that is still apparent now.

We definitely need more urgency in the team. Closing down opponents is far too slow all over the field and the football brains of the players are by no means fully developed.

R*ngers have a huge advantage, but you never know in football. As previously stated the financial problems created by letting Mowbray go are not going to be considered by the board, unless things get astronomically bad. Here's hoping that will not be the case and we make a real fight of this, starting the next game and then the one after that etc etc!

I believe when we get back to full strength we will show what we really have this is why im not panicking atm..Hibs result stung and I'd have taken a draw considering the team we had to field,,3 of our 1st choice defenders out 3 of our 1st choice midfielders out and our main goal threat out,,no team can deal with those restraints..We can turn it round with them returning but it must turn round soon..

it's easier to turn an attacking team into a defensive, bunkering style team than it is to turn a defensive team into an attacking team. i guess this latest spell we're going through is the history that the next generation of hoops supporters will learn and consequently make their heart feel sad. hail hail
